I want to give a big shout out to Billi, manager of Panera Bread in Destin. I had ordered through uber Eats and my soup was left out of my order. I explained I'd tried to contact uber but no luck. The package had been sealed when I received it, and the receipt stated I'd payed for the soup. Instead of me having to try to get another uber eats to get it for me, Billi brought it to me herself! Along with a brownie and a card for a Pick 2 complimentary! From the initials on the receipt Billi could tell it was packed by a brand new trainee on their first day, so all is forgiven. Also, what a great attitude and helpful spirit! So, thank you, Billi! And go get some of their yummy soup, it's definitely the weather for it!!!
Can't go wrong with Panera. My go to is the chicken apple salad, but the sandwiches are so good and the service is really fast there.
Trouble is the music very loud and it makes the people talk very loud. Makes it difficult to have conversations read, or think.
